Here we use a Carlo Banfi centrifugal blaster. After suspending the workpiece on a hook, it enters the blasting chamber. In there, it is blasted by small, stainless steel balls covering the entire piece from three different blaster wheels. Depending on the material, the wheel speed is from 2,000 to 3,000 rpm. While being processed by the preset programme, the workpiece slowly rotates in the chamber. The programme duration varies from a few seconds to several hours.
